These Policies and Conditions Apply to both ENTREPRENEURS (Natural Person) and CORPORATE (Legal Entity) that participate in the CertificaTERRA Certification Program.

These terms and conditions are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Portal, which are fully applicable to the Users participating in the Program with the exceptions and particularities provided for in this Annex. Any USER who does not accept the Terms and Conditions for the Program and/or the General Terms and Conditions, which are mandatory and binding, must refrain from using the site and/or its services.

1. Program Description

1.1. It is a comprehensive program aimed at AFFILIATED Users who are Incorporated Companies or not, in any country, anonymous companies or incorporated personal firms, that use the products and services of the Portal to carry out Certification activities linked to its object.

1.2. Under the Program, End Users will be able to Certify their services in the ecosystem options that will allow them to lower costs in third-party certification, in addition to enjoying our data protection and security.

2. Participating Affiliate Users

2.1. Be a Limited Company or Personal Firm, registered in the Public Registry Office of the city where said organization belongs. However, those Entrepreneurs who offer training services or contests, which will be endorsed by Corporate users of the platform, may also be part of this platform.

2.2. The APPROVAL process will be carried out by the Portal through designated third party contractors. The approval or denial of registration will be validated by the Portal's Sustainability and Fraud Prevention area.

23. In the event that the request to participate in the Program is denied, said decision will be informed and justified to the requesting User. If deemed necessary, additional information may be requested to review the decision.

2.4. On a monthly basis, the Portal will monitor the transactions carried out by the Participating User, to review the Transactions subject to Claims in order to evaluate the solution of said transactions and guarantee the safety of the End Users.

3. Benefits for Participating Users

Users who make use of the Platform will enjoy the benefit of certification issued to third parties through their Operations Management Control Panel.

4. Cancellation due to non-compliance with the Program

Any of the following events will be considered a breach of the Program, and will enable the Portal to unsubscribe from the Program:

* Provide false information when consigning the necessary documents.
* Create more than one User account to obtain the benefit of Free Certifications.
* Provide false information when registering payments.
